Payment options accepted:
Payment may be made by VISA or Mastercard credit cards for online bookings.
Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for Grootbos Accommodation Enterprises (Pty) Ltd via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway.

Cancellation policy:
7 days cancellation before arrival: 50% refund
48 hours cancellation before arrival, no-show or late arrivals: 0% refund

Customer privacy policy:
Grotobos Accommodation Enterprises (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
